The song is “Welcome Home” by Coheed and Cambria.
There is one acoustic guitar and two separate electric guitars.
Beginning with the acoustic then transitioning to the two electric guitars.
It sounds like they are using some kind of distortion or gain petal cranked up very high for most of the song. It also sounds like they are using some kind of chorus petal.
And while it sounds like they are using a whammy bar of whammy petal at some points of the song they are actually using a technique called a “pinch harmonic” for some of the higher notes in the song. The song sounds very angry and there are, in my opinion, too many pinch harmonics in the song. I think it distracts the listener from the rest of the guitar parts in the song.
